Fosfomycin Nitrofurantoin Cephalexin Ceftriaxone The group of antibiotics known as fluoroquinolones isn't generally proposed for simple UTIs. These drugs contain ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and others. The risks of these drugs generally outweigh the advantages of treating uncomplicated UTIs.
