A: Meanwhile take care of yourself. Hydrate well. Start eating green leafy vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat raw papaya and pineapple. Also avoid eating outside food and Chinese cuisine as it contains ajinomoto. Visit doctor and she will start folic acid tabs which is essential.... See more
