A: @b Have shatavari in milk twice a day. Add daal, daliya, sabudana kheer, gond ladoo in your diet. Soak Fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds overnight and boil them for 5-10 mins and have this water throughout the day. You can try alive seeds also. Have lots of liquid and latch your baby frequently.... See more
