Q: Aaj mere c section ko 1 month ho gye....bt Abhi bhi mere stiches ke just niche aur aas pass pain rehta hai....uthne baithne me bahut jyada hota hai.....kya ye normal hai.....aur ye pain kab tk rhega??? Pls reply

A: Koi baat nahi it's normal kuch cut lga hai toh heal hone mein time toh lgta hai ...it's normal aap coconut oil lgaya kijiye daily uspe ....or agr koi ointment di hai dr. Ne wo continuous lgaiye....3 months tq toh rehta hi hai aise ....or abi toh aap koi kaam nahi krre honge ....agr kroge b toh aisa kuchh mt krna jisse paet pr pressure aaye like bucket uthana, stairs chadhna, ya squeezing of clothes, or kneading flour....baki acchi diet lein chai patti daal k dudh le....fruits lein ... ...
