Diet plays a very important role in nurturing your body, especially after childbirth. Since you are also breastfeeding your little one, making sure that you are taking in all the necessary nutrients becomes your top priority. Here’s a diet plan for you which will nourish you.
Hot Milk (1 glass) with 1 tsp Shatavari powder
Soaked Almonds (10)
Oats and apple porridge with raisin and Almonds (1 soup bowl)
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
Coconut Water
Chapati (2) & Palak Paneer(1 small bowl)
1 glass fresh buttermilk
1 Fruit (apple/ orange/ sweetlime/ muskmelon/ banana/ custard apple/ papaya)
Mix vegetable soup (bottle gourd, beetroot, carrot, toru, 1/2 tomato)
1 shunthi vati
1 Chapatti/Rice with Green veggies (1 Bowl)
Lentil (1 bowl)
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
